At the same time when we were doing the estimating jobs, we still continued to help people reinforce the buildings according to the estimated results. Simultaneously, we finished "Performing the estimation on building's ability to resist earthquake and reinforcement policy". It included the initial estimation sheet and potential damage index sheet. If buildings need the reinforcement, we will do the detailed estimation referring to Building anti-shock ability estimation manual and then proceed with reinforcing construction according to repair construction skill guidebook.

We sent the letter to municipality, county/city and central governments and requested them to make the budgets for the public buildings and the buildings used by citizens in strong and middle shock area to proceed with estimation and reinforcement. As to the private buildings, we still offered the estimation manual and repair construction skill guidebook. We also have help from the architects, civil, structure, and ground professional engineer association and set up the counseling window to offer the service.
