1. 本（95）年營建統計年報之編印目的，在於陳示本署各項重要業務執行成果之統計資料，內容分為綜合計畫、都市計畫、國家公園、國民住宅、環境工程及建築管理等，以為釐定政策及實施考核之參據。
2. 各統計表所用度量衡單位，悉以公制為原則。
3. 表內所稱年係指歷年，年度則係會計年度之簡稱。
4. 部分數字單位提高後，因尾數四捨五入關係，總數與細項之總和，容有未盡完全相符者。
5. 各表資料來源與必要之詮釋，均於表下方註明。
6. 本年報部分資料如有更新數字均予修正，凡與以前各期不同者，應以本期數字為準。
7. 本年報所用符號代表意義如下：
   ０：數字不及一單位
   ─：無數字
   …：數字不明

Explanatory Notes

1. The Construction and Planning Statistical Yearbook is intended to provide basic reference for decision-making and evaluation by presenting general information about major administrative affairs of CPA and the statistical data of important administrative achieventment, including Regional Planning, Urban Planning, National Parks, Public Housing Administration, Public Works and Building Control.
2. The system of weights and measures employed in the Statistical Yearbook is the metric system.
3. The year shown on the tables is calendar year, and FY stands for fiscal year.
4. In some tables, details will not add to the totals shown because of rounding.
5. The sources of data and necessary remarks are shown below the tables.
6. The present issue prevails if figures do not agree with the ones corresponding in the previous issue due to corrections and revisions made with different bases.
