1. 本（101）年營建統計年報之編印目的，在於陳示本署各項重要業務執行成果之統計資料，內容分為區域計畫、都市計畫、國家公園、住宅補貼、下水道工程及建築管理等，以為釐定政策及實施考核之參據。
2. 各統計表所用度量衡單位，悉以公制為原則。
3. 部分數字單位提高後，因尾數四捨五入關係，總數與細項之總和，容有未盡完全相符者。
4. 自100 年起，建築管理中以用途別統計之建築執照及使用執照等各表，將原「住宿 (H-2) 類」細分為「住宅(不含農舍)(H-2類)」及「農舍(H-2類)」二項，但細分後之「住宅(不含農舍)(H-2類)」在99年以前仍含農舍資料。
5. 本年報部分資料如有更新數字均予修正，凡與以前各期不同者，應以本期數字為準。
6. 本年報所用符號代表意義如下：
   ０：數字不及一單位
   －：無數字
   …：數字不明

Explanatory Notes

1. The Construction and Planning Statistical Yearbook is intended to provide basic reference for decision-making and evaluation by presenting general information about major administrative affairs of CPA and the statistical data of important administrative achieventment, including Regional Planning, Urban Planning, National Parks, Public Housing Administration, Public Works and Building Control.
2. The system of weights and measures employed in the Statistical Yearbook is the metric system.
3. In some tables, details will not add to the totals shown because of rounding.
4. Since 2011, in the statistics of construction license and usage license in Management of Building Construction, the previous "Housing(H-2)"has further been divided into "Housing (not including farmhouse)(H-2)" and "Farmhouse(H-2)". Yet, Farmhouse was still included in the "Housing (not including farmhouse)" until 2010.
5. The present issue prevails if figures do not agree with the ones corresponding in the previous issue due to corrections and revisions made with different bases.
